CA Oil & Gas are currently seeking an experienced HR Director for one of our clients operations Globally. The position will be based in Dubai out of the companies Head Office on full expat benefits to the right candidate.
The right candidate must have a degree in Human Resources Management. Must have experience in Petrochemical industry. Must have experience in putting Global HR Procedures in place in large organizations. Must be able to setup and manage payroll for the entire global operations. The candidate must also have a flexible personality to a flexible working environment and must also be able to think out of the box.
The client will also consider candidates that are in a HR Manager function and looking to take the next step in their career.
